We are a traditional Japanese Karate school. Our teaching advocates respect and discipline.
The terminology is in Japanese because it is the universal language of all traditional Kyokushin dojos. In our dojo, karate is an art, not a sport.
Classes are taught in English and French since all our instructors are bilingual.
Classes always start with a warm-up. Subsequently, the groups are separated according to their levels to promote optimal learning. Classes are 60 minutes long 3 times a week.
Our range of instructors promotes diversity in learning as each one brings their strengths to the table in their teaching and students benefit greatly.
All our teachers are graduates of Japan and passionate about martial arts. It was Grandmaster Shihan Roman Szyrajew who promoted them to their current level. With extensive martial arts experience, they are all eager to pass on their knowledge to you.
Registration can be made at any time. Membership fee is prorated according to the number of weeks left in the session
