I am Grace, a qualified advanced massage therapist and physiotherapist, as well as the owner of Massothérapie Grace Frattolillo (MGF).
I strongly believe that our bodies are built to move to the best of our ability. As long as this has a limitation, we are affected, not only physically, but also mentally and psychologically.
With my experience and the learning of multiple techniques over the past few years, my goal is to give your body back freedom of physical movement and psychological relaxation.
In relaxation massage I like to combine different styles such as Swedish, Lomi-Lomi, biocorporeal, hot stones, etc.
Still on this same idea for physiotherapy I use different techniques like certain variations of joint mobilizations (to restore elasticity and amplitude to the joints), cupping techniques, moxibustion (Chinese medicine technology), etc.
At all times I respect each person’s pain tolerance threshold and certainly according to the needs and requirements of the problem I adapt the most appropriate techniques.
I have the necessary skills in massage for pregnant women, oncology, pre and post-operative, lymphatic drainage, relaxation and physiotherapy.
