Our Timeline
1930s – Henry Benjamin, Sidney Benjamin and David Small start a practice.
1962-1963 – Murray Lippman and Morton Ptack establish their own firm.
1973 – The law firm of Benjamin and Small merges with the law firm of Lippman and Ptack to form Lippman Ptack Benjamin Small and Cohen.
1985 – Lippman and Ptack decide to part ways, resulting in the founding of Ptack Schnarch Basevitz.
2000 – The firm opts for the “PSB” brand.
2008 – Merger of PSB with Boisjoli Sabbag to form PSB Boisjoli.
Our Story
Half a century has passed since three visionaries combined their skills to create a company that was to become one of the most important firms of chartered professional accountants in Quebec. Their mission then was to establish a relationship of trust with ambitious small entrepreneurs who wanted to take advantage of their knowledge and experience in financial services.
